splitaircoshopa shop built so nobody has to sell.
in the netherlands you do not buy an air conditioner. you request a quote, wait for a visit, and let a stranger price your living room.
a split airco webshop, built from nothing through 2025 and live in early 2026, weeks before the summer spike. storefront, brand, product architecture, payments, the shopping feed and the measurement, all of it by s3x. rrrrip9 × cyberbirdxx, both across everything.
i the market
a machine you are not allowed to just buy
air conditioning in this country is sold the way a kitchen is sold. you fill in a form, someone calls, someone comes round, someone measures, and some weeks later a price arrives with a person attached to it. the machine costs what it costs. everything around it is the reason you wait.
none of that is dishonest, it is just how a trade sells: through a visit. but it turns a purchase that could take four minutes into one that takes four weeks, and it means the summer, the only moment anyone actually wants one, is over before the quote lands.
ii the idea
buy the machine, keep the engineer
the shop sells the unit direct. you pick the machine, work out the power you need with the calculator on the site, and order it the same day. you mount it yourself. no appointment, no waiting, no living room to price.
the engineer is not removed, he is moved. a certified professional comes once, at the end, for the connection and commissioning, at a fixed €525, anywhere in the country. that is the part where the refrigerant and the certification actually matter. everything before it is a delivery.
iii the brand
a name that says what it sells
there was no name, no mark and no colour. a shop asking a stranger for more than a thousand euros, sight unseen, has to look like it can hold the money, so the identity was built for trust rather than for taste.
the wordmark is the thing it sells, set plainly and split so the second half carries the colour. the palette is flat, with no gradients anywhere: navy sells the trust and sits still under a lot of technical text, one mint does all the work of saying yes and in stock, and a single yellow is kept only for a deal. it is set in inter, headings navy, accents mint. cold, cheap to print, and legible on a phone in sunlight, which is where these were actually bought.
iv the shop
the whole thing, not a layer on top of it
this was not a redesign. there was no shop. the storefront, the way the products are cut, the sets, the power calculator, the mounting explainer, the cart and the checkout were all made for one idea: a purchase with nobody in it.

the speed line is not vanity. every unit this shop sold was bought on a phone, and a phone on mobile data does not wait sixteen seconds for a shop it has never heard of.
v ads & automation
a machine that sells instead of a person
142 products sit in the merchant center and feed google shopping. a phone searches, the right unit appears with the right price, and the click lands on a page built to answer the only question left. nothing in that chain is a person.
and it keeps going after the click: the order runs from first click to paid without anyone speaking to anyone. ideal, card and klarna clear through woopayments; the confirmation, the delivery note and the option to add the engineer all fire on their own; and ga4 and ads record what happened under consent mode v2, so the campaign learns from real orders rather than from guesses.
the first season put 575.000+ impressions and 10.500+ clicks through that machine. the traffic is not the achievement, the price of it is: about €834 of spend stands against roughly €2.900 in orders, and every unit sale arrived through shopping, every one of them on mobile.
figures from google ads and merchant center, first season, 2026. a first season is a first season: it is a real number and a small one, and we would rather print it than round it up.

both of us on all of it, from the first product decision to the last conversion tag. no split, no handover, no agency layer. the shop is hand-built and the owner runs it: the brand, the feed and the accounts are theirs, and nothing here is rented back to them.
