• is it expensive?

  the starting prices are right here in the open, and you get a fixed quote before we begin, so there is never a surprise bill. you pay for two people doing the actual work, not an agency's overhead.

• aren't two people slow?

  the opposite. no brief handed to a junior, no message lost down a chain, no committee to reconvene. you talk to the two whose hands are on the work, and a decision can ship the same day it's made. duteco went from nothing to a live brand and website, working straight with the owners.

• can two people really do it all?

  both of us are full designers: brand, web and graphic. on top of that, one does sound and the other live visuals and installation. 22 undisclosed editions were made end to end. when a job needs an extra hand, we bring in people we trust and tell you exactly who.

• will you take a serious commercial project seriously?

• do you run our social media?

  we make it, you post it. we think up, shoot and cut a batch of photo and video, and it is finished on a date. we do not need access to your accounts, we do not schedule anything for you, and we promise no reach, no followers and no views. want more later? book another batch when it suits you: no monthly fee, no contract, no notice period.

• who owns the work when we are done?

  you do. you get the source files and the rights to the work, even if we never work together again. the price we name up front holds, even when the job takes us longer than we thought. we ask for no ongoing contract, and there is no notice period, because there is nothing to give notice on.

• how does paying work?

  half on agreement, half on delivery. if a project runs over several months we split it in three: on agreement, midway and on delivery. you get an ordinary invoice with vat, payable within fourteen days. the price is fixed before we start, so nothing is added afterwards.

• when should you not ask us?

  if you want a €99 logo. those exist, they are not all bad, and we are too expensive for that. if you want three studios to pitch before you pay: we do not work unpaid on spec. if you want someone who calls every monday to ask how it is going, because we do not. and if you need it finished tomorrow, we will say it cannot be done rather than say yes. if it is not a fit we say so straight away, and if we know someone better suited we point you at them.
